Hard to see, but there is a skunk in between the rock and yes, its siting on the cache. Lucky my son spotted it before I reached my hands in there.

Its a sad sight. This poor fella did not make it to the cache in time. This is what happens when the B.Patrol get to you before you get to the cache :)

Most southwestern cache in the US (forget about Hawaii for a sec). Interesting location. Its a state park and kinda fun to people watch. Border Patrol is fully knowledgeable about geocaching and this cache. People walking around with GPS, no big deal.
